Air Europa, my complaint

Greetings,
I’m Simone Brunozzi, and today, June 10th, you lost my baggage on the flight Paris to Malaga; the reference number is AGPUX55360. I filled the lost luggage form at 16:00.

I spoke with your customer service at +34 871 203 089, and now at 23:30, after more than 5 hours and a half, there is no news about my luggage.

Furthermore, they told me that if the luggage is delivered before 24 hours from the loss, there is NO REIMBURSEMENT whatsoever from you.

This is something that goes AGAINST any customer service.

I am in my Hotel ,with just my small backpack, and don’t have any change, don’t have my tootbrush, any deodorant (since at airport you can’t bring them with you on the plane), no shoes other than the one I have now, etcetera.
Tomorrow at 12:00 I have an important conference, and I will not be able to dress properly.
Tomorrow at 15:00 I’m leaving Malaga towards Italy, and I don’t know if I will have my luggage back in time.

The worst fact is that there is NO reimbursement after I RECEIVED THIS DAMAGE.

I ask you to take immediate action, and let me know as soon as possible:
1) the state of my luggage;
2) what kind of reimbursement are you going to give me.

Of course, I should inform you that I will use this incident to evaluate if I’m going to fly with you again, or not.
